Last updated: 14 June 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of aimarketingfoundry.com and any services provided by AI Marketing Foundry, operated by Ejaz Ahmed. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.
For any questions about these terms, contact ejaz@aimarketingfoundry.com.
2. Services
AI Marketing Foundry provides AI automation builds, marketing systems, workflow design, and related consultancy services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins, typically through a project brief or statement of work.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or project at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Engagements and Payment
All project terms, fees, and payment schedules are agreed in writing prior to commencement. Unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement:
— A deposit is required before work begins.
— Final payment is due upon project completion and before final handover of deliverables.
— Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
— Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
We reserve the right to pause or cease work on a project if payments are materially overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for a client project are assigned to the client. This includes workflows, automation scripts, documentation, and bespoke tools built as part of the agreed scope.
AI Marketing Foundry retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, or tools used in the delivery of work. These may be reused across other engagements but are never shared in identifiable client-specific form without permission.
The content on this website — including text, design, and structure — remains the intellectual property of AI Marketing Foundry and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. We will not disclose client business information, data, or strategies to third parties without explicit permission.
We may reference the existence of a client relationship (e.g., as a case study or testimonial) only with prior written consent.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
— Providing accurate, complete information required for the project.
— Granting timely access to tools, platforms, or data needed for delivery.
— Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes.
— Ensuring that any data or content they provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines or additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before proceeding.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI Marketing Foundry provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, lead volume, or advertising performance, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits or data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we take reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of information on this site.
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Automated scraping or data extraction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with AI Marketing Foundry shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active client engagements, any material changes to agreed terms will be discussed and confirmed in writing.
